With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the iPad flat surface mount to your optimum viewing position. The RAM-B-138-AP8U will NOT hold Apple iPad's in cases/sleeves/bumpers. RAM recommends the RAM-B-138-TAB3U for iPad's in cases/sleeves/bumpers.
